INDUSTRIAL INVESTMENT AID 2021<\/h2>\n

NEW TEXTILE PROCESS FOR DYING COMPOSITE YARN<\/h2>\n

J MOLT\u00d3 LT S.L. has obtained funding through the Center for Industrial Technological Development \u2013 CDTI for the development of the project \u201cNEW TEXTILE PROCESS FOR COMPOSITE YARN DYEING\u201d, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund \u2013 ERDF, through the Pluriregional Operational Program for Intelligent Growth .<\/p>\n

This research and development project, started in May 2018 and completed in May 2019, with a budget of \u20ac340,487.00 in our industrial center in Cocentaina (Alicante).<\/p>\n

The project DEVELOPMENT OF A NEW DYEING FOR COMPOSITE YARN PROVIDING GREATER PERFORMANCE TO FABRICS of the company JMOLT\u00d3, LT, S.L. with file number IMACPA\/2018\/170, has been the beneficiary of a grant of 1,920.00 euros. DIGITALIZE-CV<\/h2>\n

The company J.MOLTO LT, S.L. Through the financial support of the Valencian Institute of Business Competitiveness (IVACE) through the Digitaliza CV Program, it has obtained the following grant for the digitization project it has carried out and which has also had the support of the European Union for having been selected the project in PO FEDER of the Valencian Community 2014-2020.<\/p>\n

J.MOLTO LT, S.L, within the growth plan, has carried out a digitization project in order to offer higher quality and be more competitive, productive, efficient and agile. The current circumstances and demands of the market (shorter orders, increase in references, drop in prices,…), force you to control your production process, but for this you need clearer, faster and more reliable information, which allows you to increase productivity thanks to better use of technical and human resources. Specifically, the digitalization project of J.MOLTO LT has consisted of implementing a system for measuring and controlling productivity and production (DOEET\u00ae) in real time.<\/p>\n

The implementation of the DOEET\u00ae system, results in two fundamental aspects for competitiveness, on the one hand in quality and on the other in an increase in production and productivity, with which the realization of this project has been of great importance.<\/p>\n

The project DIGITALIZATION MANAGEMENT OF INDUSTRIAL DYEING PROCESSES AND INTEGRATION IN ERP of the company J. MOLT\u00d3 LT. SL with file number IMDIGA72017\/273 has been the beneficiary of a grant of 19,999.99 euros, allowing the yarn dyeing production section to be connected and integrated into the different areas of the company in such a way that productivity and efficiency have been increased by through the integration of the productive area with the areas of quality, commercial, administration and logistics.<\/p>\n
